Welcome to YELLOW TYRES MOBILE TYRE FITTING LONDON

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by YELLOW TYRES MOBILE TYRE FITTING LONDON, operated by Yellow Tyres LTD. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

Deposit: A deposit of up to £80 may be required upfront to secure your booking. This payment is non-refundable once the service has been scheduled.

Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service. We accept payment via cash, card, or bank transfer.

2. Products

New Tyres Only: We only sell and fit new tyres. We do not deal in used or second-hand tyres.

Warranty on Tyres: Tyres fitted by us are subject to normal wear and tear. If a tyre does not go flat the day after fitting, it is considered correctly fitted. Therefore, we do not offer any warranty on the tyres themselves beyond this.

3. Mobile Tyre Repair

Guarantee: For mobile tyre repairs, we offer a 14-day guarantee. If the repair fails within this period, or if you are not confident in the repair, we will fit a new tyre. In such cases, you will only be required to pay the difference between the cost of the repair and the new tyre.

4. Service Delivery

Appointment: We aim to provide services at the scheduled time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic or previous bookings running over time. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Location: Our mobile service is available throughout London. However, additional charges may apply for services outside our standard service area.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation by Customer: You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to operational issues, with full refund of any payments made for that service.

6. Liability

Damage: We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle if it results from pre-existing conditions or if you fail to inform us of any relevant vehicle issues.

Warranty Limitations: As stated, no warranty is provided on tyres for wear and tear. The 14-day guarantee applies only to our mobile tyre repairs.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled under the laws of England and Wales, with jurisdiction in the courts of London.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
